Yesterday we went to Tremonton to see my sweet daughter Carson and grandson Jace. We took them to Logan so Carson could meet with a financial advisor at Stevens Heneger college. Once we dropped Carsy off we decided to go get Jace and Gramma haircuts. Jace was such a big boy, he sat up in that chair so still and told the girl cutting his hair all about EVERYTHING...LOL she did a great job on his hair..Such a handsome boy! Then it was gramma's turn...I had found a picture of a hairstyle I liked....hmmmm...this just doesn't look anything like that picture. I like it alright but I hate when you have a picture in your head of what you want and they do something TOTALLY different. Carsy called just as I was getting finished so we went to pick her up. She qualified for several grants and also received a $4,000 discount because her aunt went to school there. She is all set and going to start school in June (I think). She has chosen graphic art as her degree. I think she will LOVE it!! I'm so proud of her for making such a great decision to better her future! LOVE you Carson! We went to lunch after and it was soooo good. I can't remember the name of the place but it was an Island grill. YUMMO!! I am starting to really enjoy my Tuesdays off, 2 weeks in a row getting to spend them with my girls (except Aubrey of course). I can't wait til she lives close enough to join the fun!! HURRY and move home Aubrey...I just can't wait!! Kelly moved home and is looking into school and looking for a job. She is growing up into a great responsible young woman. She has her CNA and is trying to decide what direction to go next. LOVE you KellBell and I'm so proud of you!

What a great day!!

It was such a beautiful day yesterday! We decided to go to the park for a picnic. Jace LoVeS the park! We had such a nice time. Jace fell and hit his cheek, there was an immediate bruise but he's a tough one and only cried for a second or two. Then he was OFF again. He is such a flirt, this little girl became his friend right away. I sure am loving this nice weather!!

Spending the day with one of my favorite little guys in the world! It just doesn't get much better than that!

LIFE is GOOD!!

I am really starting to be a slacker

I used to post something almost every day. Now I'm lucky to get 1 post a week done. I am going to try to be better about that. This is a journal of my simple little life and one day my girls might just like remembering. (well I HOPE they will anyway)
Hoping spring is finally here. The snow storm we got this week was just a little depressing. I am SOOO ready for nice weather and BBQ's and mountain trips!! I can hardly stand it!! This weekend my plan is to get the patio cleaned up and ready so that maybe I can start doing one of my favorite things in the world. I LoVe sitting out there soaking up the warm weather and daydreaming while enjoying a cup of coffee! I'm pretty sure the patio is my favorite room of the house!

Kids

I had the day off yesterday so Wednesday after work Carson brought Jace over. I kept him overnight so Marco and her could take one load out to Tremonton and finish getting things packed up and ready to move.
Jace is such a sweet and smart little man. I enjoyed having him so much! We spent yesterday helping move Carson. I know Tremonton is only 20 miles away but, I won't be able to just stop by now...hmm..I wonder if that's why they moved there....LOL They got a really cute little townhouse... I'm excited for them to have found a great place for a good price. They all seemed pretty happy about it.
Aubrey is doing well...She is my domestic goddess..She loves finding new recipes and cooking for her two favorite men (Nick and Dylan) She also loves decorating and making her house a welcoming home. She has grow so much since she moved so far away. I loved having them here for a visit and sure do miss them.
Kelly is working hard with school. She's living with my sister in Roosevelt and pushing ahead day by day to reach her goals. I'm very proud of her accomplishments so far. I'm so thankful to my sister for taking her into her home and helping along her path.
Everyone seems to be content and happy today. Nothing can be better than that.
I want to let my family know that I LoVe~LOVE~LoVe them all!!
