I met my soul mate in June of 1983. I was just getting ready to graduate high school. He was the MUCH older brother of my dearest friend. We married on August 12, 1983 after only knowing each other 2 and a half months. I guess when it's right there is no reason to wait. People thought we were totally crazy and ... well, I may have thought the same thing about someone else jumping into something like this so fast....All I could think was how badly I wanted to spend the rest of my life with this man.

28 years later and we are still TOTALLY in love! He is the love of my life my best friend...my everything....and I am sooooo enjoying growing old with him

We have 3 daughters together and he blessed me with a son from his previous marriage which I love with all my heart.

We didn't get to watch Brenden grow up but have LOVED getting to know and love him as an adult.

 This is my oldest daughter Aubrey and her wonderful family.  Nick is a very good man and a wonderful daddy to sweet Dylan. Aubrey has become quite a domestic goddess...Fantastic cook, mommy and fabulous decorator!!

 This sweet girl is my middle daughter, Kelly. She's going to cosmetology school right now and....I am here to tell you, this girl has got such great natural talent she's going to be AWESOME when she is done with school!

 And here is my baby girl Carson. She has such a quick whit and keeps me laughing she is also very tender hearted. She is a terrific mommy to my sweet Jace!  

I am so proud of all my children and thank God every day for the wonderful gift I was given.

 My grand children are the greatest joy in my life. I love being grandma as you will plainly see in my posts.

These 2 sweet boy are best friends. They are only 1 1/2 months apart in age. 

They, without a doubt are my heart and soul!!

My Family is the most important thing in the world to me. I  became part of the Empty Nester's Club and, although it was a pretty rough adjustment for me, I began to feel “NORMAL” again and actually started enjoying this new phase in my quiet little life.

Now my house is bursting at the seems again and I am LOVING every minute of it.....well almost every minute...LOL

 I have been looking deep inside trying to find my creative soul that I’m sure is there somewhere. I am starting to emerge and I want to try EVeRyTHinG crafty that I see out there. I now need to take a deep breath and slow it down!! Welcome to my adventure!!
